when you feel like everyone is looking at you in a different way? Like they know something you don’t? Like there’s something on your face or in between your teeth but instead of telling you about it they just act strange?

I had that kind of day today and even though I’m fairly certain I looked the exact same way I always do, I felt self conscious and uncomfortable for no reason at all.
